A Sleek New eFoil Just Dropped—and It’s Built for Life Onboard

Flite AIR x Axopar is a new purpose-built eFoil board for boaters, by boaters.

Renowned for adventure-focused boats, Finland-based Axopar has joined forces with the Australian-founded eFoil specialist Flite to create the Flite AIR x Axopar. This reimagined, rigid inflatable eFoil has been engineered specifically for life onboard yachts and boats. Combining the Flite’s expertise in hydrofoiling with Axopar’s boating knowledge, the aim of the new board is to offer an experience that encourages more people to try their hand at e-foiling and enjoy the water.

New Ways To EFoil

Traditionally, eFoiling begins at a local beach or harbor, limiting options, but bringing a Flite board to a boat opens up more destinations. Using the board from a boat means riders can reach bays and anchorages that were otherwise off-limits from on-land expeditions.

The stable, buoyant platform is beginner-friendly but rugged enough for experienced riders to go further. Beginners can rest or ride it SUP-style at lower speeds, and protective reinforcements protect the board from any bumps or chips during boat handling.

Designed By Boaters, For Boaters

Debuting as a prototype at boot Düsseldorf 2026 earlier this month, the Flite AIR x Axopar is now available with preorders, with deliveries expected from April 2026. The new board introduces a whole host of boating-focused features.

Its durability comes from reinforced front and back sections, making it resilient against docks, rocks, and hulls. For ease of use, the board features grab handles, flexible storage, and a custom carry bag for simple handling and transport.

Ready For Exploring

Riders can also take advantage of the exploration-ready functionality, including integrated attachment points, a bungee system for securing gear, and fast-charging batteries. Interchangeable propulsion options allow riders to choose fully shielded systems for safety or open propellers for higher responsiveness, and the board is compatible with all Flite wings, masts, and propulsion setups.

The board’s compact size and stable platform are complemented by an aesthetically pleasing deck pad inspired by the waterways of a Finnish archipelago. Riders can also integrate the board with the Flite App to track sessions, battery use, and connect with the wider Flite community.

Go Electric Today

Marketed as a watersports toy and exploration tool, the Flite AIR x Axopar highlights the growing demand for electric fun on the water. As e-Foiling continues to gain popularity across the yachting and leisure boating sectors, purpose-built solutions like this board are helping integrate it into onboard lifestyles.

The Flite AIR x Axopar boards can be an option when ordering a new Axopar boat through selected Axopar dealers serving as authorized Flite dealers and directly from Flite’s website.
